Together with Broadsign, Global Netherlands and Lot of Happiness we have delivered a world first: the first fully end-to-end agentic AI-driven out of home campaign. What makes it special? AI agents that do not just assist but actually run the entire out of home process. From strategy to activation: objectives are translated directly into audience and location choices, media planning, campaign setup, creative workflows and live execution.

Instead of separate tools or classic automation, buy-side and sell-side AI agents work together here in one connected system. They communicate with each other continuously, take over operational steps, and keep human oversight as an important quality layer.

The campaign for Lot of Happiness ran on premium out of home inventory in collaboration with Global Netherlands. The technology is based on the AdCP protocol and Broadsign's international out of home infrastructure and data ecosystem.

The result shows how out of home is shifting from a fragmented process to one streamlined, data-driven whole. Faster planning, smarter buying and more scalability for advertisers who do not depend on large media budgets. For Lot of Happiness that means concretely: more reach, deployed more efficiently, and more room to increase their impact for the causes they support.

At Draft Digital we see this as an important step in the shift towards agentic advertising. A model in which AI agents take over the operational complexity, so there is more room for strategy, creativity and real impact. A first step towards an out of home ecosystem that is not only more digital, but smarter, faster and fully connected.
