We are Draft Digital

Draft Digital is an independent agency in De Hallen in Amsterdam. We make media, data and creative for brands such as FarmCamps, Lot of Happiness and Mad Science. A growing share of that creative is made with AI. For that we are looking for a starter who knows the design craft and wants to find out what the new tools can do.

What will you do?

• Design ads, social posts and short videos for real clients, from your first week.
• Work with image and video models such as Veo, ChatGPT, Muse, Higgsfield and HyperFrames, and find out when they are faster or better than the classic way of working.
• Combine those new tools with InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, so an AI image fits the client's brand style.
• Turn one campaign idea into variants per platform. Meta, TikTok, YouTube and display each need a different format.
• Review with the media specialists which ads perform, and base the next round on that.

Who are we looking for?

• You recently graduated in graphic design, communication & multimedia design or something similar, or your portfolio shows you master the craft.
• You work fluently in InDesign and Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or After Effects are not new to you.
• You have experimented with AI image or video and want to get better at it.
• You pay attention to details such as colour, typography and a brand's style.
• You speak and write Dutch well and get by in English.

   First meeting

   See a match? Then we would love to invite you for a first conversation with HR, online or at our office. This conversation is mostly about you: who you are, what gives you energy, and whether you fit the Draft Digital culture. And of course we tell you everything about us.

   Going deeper: second interview

   Time to get into the work. In this second conversation you meet your future manager or the team members you would work with most. We talk about your expertise and your view on digital marketing, and sometimes work through a short case. That shows us whether we make each other better and whether you fit our agentic way of working.

   The offer

   Are we both excited after the second interview? Then we don't let the grass grow. We make you a transparent, fitting offer to join the team.

   Your start at Draft Digital

   Signed? Time to get going! From day one you have a dedicated internal buddy who helps you with everything. You join our shared office lunches straight away, get to know all the tools and clients, and before you know it you are fully part of the team.
