Draft Digital is an independent agency in Amsterdam that turns strategy into measurable return on media, and one of the first agencies to work agentic. As AI Automation Consultant you make our standard work run on agents. That way our consultants keep their time for strategy and clients, and the routine runs faster and the same way every time.
What will you do?
- Map our recurring tasks and decide which ones agents can take over, with a person approving the output.
- Build and maintain skills, agents and MCP servers for our standard workflows, such as:
- Weekly and monthly client reports.
- Google Ads account audits.
- Naming convention checks and live checks on new campaigns.
- Spend and budget monitoring.
- Building UTMs and onboarding new clients.
- Offline TV and radio imports.
- Connect our stack: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, GA4, Billy Grace, Google Workspace, Slack and our own planning tool.
- Keep every automation reliable with our four-eyes principle: agents do the work, people approve, and nothing goes out without a check.
- Train the team to use the automations and use their feedback to improve them.
- Measure the impact: hours saved, fewer errors and faster delivery for clients.
- Help build the agents and MCP servers that our clients use in their own AI stack.
Who are we looking for?
- You get energy from making repetitive work disappear.
- You have hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT, and with automation, scripting or APIs. Python, SQL or Google Apps Script is a plus.
- You have broad knowledge of digital marketing, so you know what a good report, audit or campaign setup looks like.
- You are structured and precise, and build processes others can rely on.
- You communicate clearly in Dutch and English, also with colleagues who are less technical.
- You fit the Draft Digital culture and our agentic way of working. We hire people for who they are, not for their diploma.

Going deeper: second interview
Time to get into the work. In this second conversation you meet your future manager or the team members you would work with most. We talk about your expertise and your view on digital marketing, and sometimes work through a short case. That shows us whether we make each other better and whether you fit our agentic way of working.
