We are Draft Digital
Advertising is moving from dashboards and buttons to AI agents that plan, buy and optimise media. Draft Digital is one of the first agencies to work this way, and we are looking for trainees who want to help build it. In six months we develop you into a consultant who knows how AI, agentic advertising and performance marketing come together.
What will you do?
- Join training on AI in marketing, agentic advertising and the Ad Context Protocol (AdCP), on top of the foundations of search, social and media buying.
- Plan and run live campaigns agent to agent with Dutch and international publishers, across display, audio, out of home and social.
- Work daily with Claude, MCP servers and our own skills and agents to automate media planning, reporting and optimisation.
- Help build the agents and MCP servers that our clients use in their own AI stack.
- Measure what really works with incrementality measurement in Billy Grace.
- Check every agent action with our four-eyes principle: agents do the work, people approve.
- Turn results into clear reports and advice for clients.
- Attend industry events, including AgenticAdvertising.org sessions, to learn and grow your network.
Who are we looking for?
- You recently graduated in marketing, communication, business, data, AI or a technical field, or you have relevant work experience. We hire people for who they are, not for their diploma.
- You are curious about AI and use tools like Claude or ChatGPT every day, for more than writing texts.
- Technology does not scare you: an API, a prompt that needs ten iterations or a dataset that does not add up. Coding experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- You are analytical and critical: you check what an agent does before you trust it.
- You like working in a team and communicate well in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- You take initiative and look for solutions yourself.

We talk about your expertise and your view on digital marketing, and sometimes work through a short case. That shows us whether we make each other better and whether you fit our agentic way of working.
